Thought article was useful, but was somewhat surprised by the final 6 or 8 sentences. Self-esteem apparently not a problem for the author, though the quality of his writing degenerates noticeably once he strays from technical matters.

My printer/copier/fax is a Hewlitt-Packard 7110 series. A sheet of paper is really jammed tight ... cannot move it forward or backward. Is there a release somewhere on the machine that I can use? Thank you ..
